Tetrate is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our world-class business development team. The SDR will play a crucial role in building targeted lists of accounts and leads within global territories. You will utilize your business and industry knowledge to research accounts, identify opportunities, generate interest, and create/identify compelling events.   • Build target lists of accounts and leads by collaborating with Marketing/Demand Generation teams 
  • Conduct high-level discovery conversations with target customers
  • Conduct research and/or utilize business and industry knowledge to identify key players, generate interest, and create/identify compelling events
  • Collaborate with teammates and your SDR Manager to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities
  • Partner with the Demand Generation team to ensure you have adequate lead flow (quantity and quality) to meet goals
  • Identify gaps in the process and work to build solutions to address them

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience working as a Sales Development Representative, ideally in the cloud infrastructure, application network, or SaaS space
  • Proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding daily, weekly and monthly KPIs

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working at a tech startup in high-growth mode, ideally from series B and beyond 
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills 
  • Fundamentals-based problem-solving skills; Drive decision by function, first principles based mindset. We are not “title” driven and we value results over process
  • Demonstrate bias-to-action and avoid analysis-paralysis; Drive action to the finish line with high quality and on time
