We are seeking a Head of Sales to support the build out of our sales functions and provide input on Tetrate’s sales and company strategy. The Head of Sales will establish and deliver a sales strategy while building a high-performing and efficient sales organization consisting of sales leaders and individual contributors. They will build strategies to land new customers and expand existing accounts to drive YoY ARR growth.
This role is intended for a seasoned Head of Sales who is ready to lead a series-B startup company through all successive and critical phases of a startup company’s timeline.
- Lead and support the build out of our sales function and provide input on both the company and sales strategy
- Lead sales teams in the areas of strategic enterprise and platform sales, including overseeing hiring, learning and development, and retaining top performers
- Drive and accelerate growth through the successive and critical phases of a startup company’s timeline
- Maintain key customer relationships and develop/implement strategies to expand the customer base and grow existing customers
- Manage the overall sales process, set appropriate metrics and KPIS for sales funnel management, and plan/manage at operational and strategic levels
- 10+ years of Sales experience at the Head or VP-level, specifically within a high-growth startup environment
- 10+ years of experience in leading and supporting the build out of sales functions in an emerging technology company
- 8+ years of people management experience specializing in leading startup companies and teams through the critical phases of a startup company’s timeline
