We are seeking a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to support the build out of our sales functions and provide input on Tetrate’s company strategy and product direction. The CRO will lead our account managers, be directly involved in deals (when necessary), and manage/report on the sales pipeline. This person will conduct root cause analyses on our wins and losses including advising on our product direction and strategy, as a result of our sales performance. 

This role is intended for a seasoned CRO or Sales Leader who is ready to lead a series-B startup company through all successive and critical phases of a startup company’s timeline.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the build out of our sales function and provide input on the company strategy and product direction
  • Oversee all aspects of every process that generates revenue within Tetrate by collaborating with multiple functions to improve sales performance
  • Drive and accelerate growth through the successive and critical phases of a startup company’s timeline
  • Support marketing by developing both product and content marketing materials that reflect Tetrate’s core value proposition, competitive advantage, and marketing positioning 
  • Lead our team of Account Managers, be involved in deals (when necessary), and manage/report on the sales pipeline

Required Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of Sales and RevOps experience in a CRO capacity, specifically within a high-growth startup environment 
  • 15+ years of experience in leading and supporting the build out of sales and RevOps functions in an emerging technology company
  • 10+ years of people management experience specializing in leading startup companies and teams through the critical phases of a startup company’s timeline
